What kind of food do you serve?

Each week, we offer a rotating menu of prepared meals, frozen quarts and pints, one breakfast/snack, and a few staples. The menu opens Tuesdays at 8 AM and closes Wednesday at 10 AM, so check back weekly!

How much food comes in 1 serving?

One serving = one full meal for one person. Easy!

How much does food cost?

Single‑serving meals are $12 for standard and $13 for organic. Frozen pints are $11–$12, and quarts are $22–$24 (pricing varies by standard vs organic). Delivery is a flat $12.

How do I receive the weekly menu?

How do I prepare the food once received?

You’ll receive easy-to-follow instructions by text! Most meals can be warmed in the microwave in just 1–3 minutes or heated on the stove. Frozen items can be thawed overnight in the fridge or quickly defrosted under running water.

Where do you deliver to and what times do you deliver?

Delivery is available to the following ZIP codes: 70815, 70816, 70817, 70803, 70802, 70805, 70820, 70808, 70806, 70809, and 70810. Deliveries are made between 6–9 PM, and you’ll receive a text notification when your order is on the way. If you won’t be home during that time, please leave an ice chest out to keep your meals fresh until you return!

Can I pick up meals from a location?

I currently offer delivery only, unless previously discussed.

How often does the menu change, and when are new meals added?

Customer favorites rotate on a 7-week cycle, though some meals may only pop up a few times a year. If there’s a meal you love—let me know! Your feedback helps shape the menu! 

New meals (and updates to existing ones) are in the works every week behind the scenes, but they usually make it onto the menu about once a month to ensure they’re just right—in both flavor and nutrition.

Do you provide nutrition facts?

Not at this time — but every recipe is thoughtfully crafted with nutrition in mind, with a balanced mix of vegetables, lean protein, heart-healthy fats, and fiber to support your overall wellness. Instead of counting calories, our focus is on using foods your body recognizes and can efficiently digest — supporting energy, digestion, and long-term health without the need for strict tracking.

Are there added benefits to frozen food?

Yes, plenty of them! Freezing preserves nutrients and flavor at their peak — keeping your food fresh without preservatives. It also gives you more flexibility — eat when you're ready, skip the food waste, and always have something nourishing on hand.

Are meals certified gluten free?

Meals labeled gluten free are made without gluten-containing ingredients. However, our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen where cross-contact with gluten is possible.

If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, please consider this before ordering — we always want you to feel safe and supported in your choices!

How do you choose your ingredients?

Every ingredient is intentionally selected! I carefully choose products that are lowest in hormones, antibiotics, glyphosate, and other environmental toxins—and I’m constantly working to source the cleanest options possible.

How long does food last?

Fresh meals (even after defrosting) are best enjoyed within 4-5 days. Meals that have been frozen will keep for 3 - 6 months after it’s been cooked. Each frozen label includes a “best by” date, which reflects the recommended 3-month mark for optimal quality.
