Return & Refund Policy

Because our meals and products are fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or missed pickups.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at 225-454-0338. We want to make it right and will evaluate each situation individually.

For cancellations, please contact us before orders close on Sunday at 5 PM. Once orders have closed, we may not be able to offer a refund because ingredients and meals have already been prepared.
