Delivery: Tuesday from 5-8 pm.

Deliveries are made between 5:00-8:00 PM, and you’ll receive a text when your order is on the way. If you won’t be home during that time, please leave a large ice chest out to keep your meals fresh until you return!

Many of our meals are frozen to lock in flavor & nutrients, reduce waste, and make your meals work with your schedule!
Just defrost overnight in the fridge or warm gently from frozen when you’re ready to enjoy!
